Donald is the manager of Reception in the elegant hotel Westin. Most people don’t realize how demanding and challenging a job this can be. Donald must help accommodate the guests, handle payment transactions, handle documents for the guests, and manage the room keys. Donald has to be aware of all of the factors that keep everything running smoothly. It is the busy season and the hotel is currently almost booked to capacity. Many of the guests spend a few days in the hotel while on holiday, while some are there for business. On this morning, a family of six just checked out and went to the airport to catch their flight. Unfortunately at the last minute they realized they lost their passports. The family assumes that the passports are somewhere in the hotel and so they are frantic to find them right away. Donald has gotten a call from the family, asking if he can help find the passports. He knows that he must still help the family, even though they have already checked out. Donald promises the family that he will do everything possible to locate the documents. Donald enjoys helping people and so he begins looking for the passports right away.
